From urgent quotes to just general stock orders, we are pleased with the general speed in the turnaround, for us to be able to get responses to our customers in a timely manner.
We find Nathan and other staff members very helpful and always willing to assist. This includes some of the demanding needs which we might encounter. This being said, there is normally a solution in which we can get these resolved.
Also, if there are ever any issues upon delivery (which does not happen very often), Nathan and the team at Bosta are always quick to resolve them.
